I like this much better than fish oil, and it seems to work well for me, as I see the difference in my older skin, and I just feel better taking it. Even though I am not small, I only take 2 per day, and that seems like plenty for me.

I take this first thing in the morning in a glass of water, and I feel energized, so much so that I've noticed I drink less coffee in the morning, or none at all.

I have to say that this has allowed me to fast for 18 to 23 hours a day without any cheating or feelings of starvation. I was truly surprised at the effects. I take in the morning on an empty stomach.

I am 71 yo, 5’4”, and was 175 lbs. now, 150. I basically was Intermittent Fasting/ate a large salad with protein and low carb GF crackers in the afternoon. Drink a quart of coffee in the am w/half-half/stevia and iced tea during the day. Was a very busy 3 months and active. Might have a cup of soup later or organic decaf coffee in the evenings with a keto snack.

I feel better and do not feel bloated or weighed down. Since I started taking the “Eat Anything”!

I am a physician myself and have experienced IBS-D for 40+ years. I have seen GI and none of those meds or supplements helped. I did notice more cramps and diarrhea with watermelon, peaches etc and learned xylose isomerase would be the answer. Besides I have some degree of lactose intolerance. The ingredients are perfect. I now take one capsule before each meal. I have to confess sometimes I forget to take it before lunch. Instead of having unpredictable diarrhea occurring once or twice every 1-2 days , I now have formed stools twice daily. This has been stable over the last 3 years, The concern/ worry on traveling is gone and that’s why I say Eat Anything is a game changer for me.

I followed the plan twice now for about 2 weeks each time and every time I dropped about 6 to 8 lbs in the first 1.5 to 2 weeks...the drops really do help with hunger and to fight sugar cravings!
Yet twice now, something in life happens to knock off my routine or schedule... and I forget to take them and then next thing I know I'm snacking and then forget to follow the diet plan... ugh!
