My package arrived today and I just want to say thank y'all so much. It was perfect I asked for extra ice and it came with that and it was still frozen like I needed it to be. I just wanted to say that the crawfish were excellent. I was so worried about how they would travel and the quality , but my husband was floored at how much meat they held and how good they were. Thank you so much for a good quality product. It made his birthday even better.

I wanted to post a Testimonial: Last year was the first time I decided to order Live Crawfish to bring with us for our camp out with another family. We live in New York so craw daddies are nowhere to be found. I have to tell you that not only did I impress my husband but the other family has already asked if I would do the same this year! I used your boil pack, added fresh corn on the cob and red potatoes into the pot. Drained and poured everything out on the picnic table and all 8 of us chowed down! I plan on having 3 boils this year and we can't wait. Thank you for excellent service and fantastic crawfish!

Hi Helpful People at LA Crawfish! We received our 90 lbs of frozen crawfish on Friday in good shape and on time. They thawed to perfection in the styrofoam boxes by the time we were ready for them on Saturday. We followed your directions and boiled our potatoes, onions, garlic heads, lemon halves & corn prior to cooking the bugs. We dropped them in with some whole okra and just reheated for 3 minutes and then started serving our crowd of 60. Our trays of food looked gorgeous, like the centerfold out of a foodie magazine! The boil was a huge success with lots of full bellies plus we raised a bunch of money for our charities. Thanks for being so reliable and helpful! We'll try & schedule earlier next year and try your live crawfish but the frozen ones were absolutely delicious!

I can't thank yall enough. We served up 120 lbs of crawfish all in great shape, ready for the boiling pot. We got them right on time on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and had a great party with our friends and family. Crawdads are not an everyday item on the menu in Mid Missouri so to serve them up to some Northeners was alot of fun. Everyone enjoyed watching them come to life when we washed them off and eatin them when they came out the pot. Your company did a great job. Corey was a great help & fun to work with. We received our 60 lb order yesterday here in remote West Texas (where overnight takes two days, normally) on time and in great shape! We only had 6 dead crawfish out of 60 lbs! What a great shipment! That is an all time record. We would never expect such great ratio purchased on site, let alone shipped out. It arrived on time, overnight, and we all had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday. Thank you, Louisiana Crawfish Company, and thank you, David, for making this occasion a great time for all of us. All five couples had a fantastic time! Forgive me for not sending the Karaoke videos....it got a little wild...

I am originally from Baton Rouge. I grew up and left for a career in the military and ended up in El Paso, Texas after 20 plus years as a Soldier...well there is little water and no seafood here(only frozen crap) till my wife discovered your site. So for the second year in a row I have ordered from your site crawfish for my birthday in March ....even though the fedex guy dropped and almost botched my order My taste buds were rewarded with my favorite dish from home ....hot spicy boiled mudbugs!!!!...one even survived the west Texas heat for 3 weeks after the party in a bowl of cool water (my grand-daughter fed him beta feed ) ....Thanks to you I get a taste of home at least once a year and have started a new tradition out in the desert!! I have been around the world and bought from different places but u guys actually do what u say you will and thats bring the best product from the gulf area at a competitive price!!!!!!! Just wanted to say what an awesome surprise this ended up being for my husbands birthday! He ate lbs himself!!! Everything was awesome! The mudbugs were huge, the gator bites were as well. We will be ordering again...Also wanted to thnk you for shipping it ALL together so he got his shirt at the same time!

On April 28 2011 I ordered 20lbs of jumbo crawfish and they arrived on the 29th. I have to tell you that these were the best crawfish ever. We had about 3 couples over to eat and they all ask where I had got them. I quickly gave them your web site and they said that they would be ordering. Again, thank you for granting us the pleasure of enjoying the LA cuisine of the south.

The crawfish came in on time and we just finished 20 lbs between the two of us. WONDERFUL!!! Thank you for your continued fantastic service. We're miserable now because we ate them all, but that's the fun part. Thanks again!

I recieved my shipment as planned on Saturday of 25 lbs of "bait sized" crawdads. I live in a rural community and had told my neighbors of the impending shippment. When the Fed Ex truck showed up all of my neighbors were standing around the front porch befor the poor guy could even get his tablet signed! The next 2 hours and all that took place will be forever engrained in my mind for the rest of my life! My oldest son and wife are both in the Army and have been deployed numerous times. Having them with us for Easter was going to be a special treat initself as their two children love our farm and live to fish our pond. When we opened the cooler it was kind of anti climactic...until we emptied the bag into a horse trough we had placed by the pond...then all heck broke loose! grown men, women , children and the family dogs all went into a frenzy! The next two or three hours was spent laughing, laughing so hard some of us cried and laughing some more as we hand placed our new "bugs" into the specially designed brick houses we had made in the pond to give the little buggers a fighting chance against the 9lb bass that lives with his 2 eight lb sisters in our pond. From our grandchildren who are 7 and 8 and the neighbors granson who is 3 to a retired Navy seal, every one was laughing and jumping around pulling crawdads out of the horse trough. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard! This is going to have to become an Easter tradition at our farm no matter how unorthidox! I understand that my new residents won't winter up her, but that's O.K. "cause it gives me a reason to order more next spring! I am sure this is not your "normal" Great job letter but I couldn't not let you know the joy and happiness that your business and crawdads brought to our home! You guys at LCC are the best!! This is our first party pack of the year and there is no way the crawfish could have been any better! Photos were taken by some of our guests that more accurately depict what a grand time we had. I hope to email you these and you see all our very happy faces and a stack of steaming crawfish before we sat down. Once again YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!

I just wanted to shoot you an e-mail and tell you how great everything worked out. I was a little skeptic at first and was expecting atleat 1/4 of the crawfish to be dead. After 48 hours in the bag and cooler, I think I counted only about 10 total dead out of 55lbs. The little fellas were decent sized and tasty. This was the first crawfish boil for many of the people at the party and they all got a kick out of it. We will definitely be making another order next year. Thanks for coming through on your product. It's nice to work with a company that promises what they can actually deliver.

Hi, I am originally from Louisiana and now live in Michigan. Although I have been to many crawfish boils growing up back home, I have never hosted such an event. To be honest, I was very nervous and anxious about the enitire process. Your team at Louisiana Crawfish Co was such a pleasure to deal with. They couldn't have made it any easier for me. We ordered EVERYTHING from you guys (crawfish, burner, paddles, pot, etc). And I have to say everything was perfect. A friend of ours just went to a crawfish boil in New Orleans a week ago and said that our boil was better! What a compliment. This was our first annual crawfish boil. We ordered a Turducken from LACrawfish on 12/22/09 - destination Montreal, Quebec in Canada. Just wanted to drop a note and some photos of the crawfish feed my wife and I hosted for about 60 people. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. This was out first time doing this for us. I was very nervous that I would have 60 people standing around and no crawfish, but you guys were very helpful to make sure everything would be fine. No one got short with me on the phone when I called 8 times the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. We ordered 120 lbs and had a very small amount dead. First class operation. From the quality crawfish to your excellent boil recipe, you made a great party for us and a tradition to go on! Thank you!
