All orders ship according to a delivery date that you choose at checkout. It can be days/weeks/months out from now, it’s up to you!

All orders ship via FedEx delivery methods, packaged within our custom insulated cooler to assure quality and freshness upon arrival. Our frozen products ship out with dry ice inside the cooler, and will arrive frozen. Our fresh product (including Live Maine Lobsters) ship with frozen gel packs inside the cooler. When there is a mix of fresh and frozen product in your order, product is shipped with frozen gel packs inside the cooler and frozen products will arrive thawed. Learn more here.
