Rules for assigning an identifier (token) and applying the "Advertisement" marking on ad creatives
In fulfillment of the requirements of Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On advertising" dated March 13, 2006, the parties have agreed on the following:
1. The publisher undertakes to use ad creatives in the form they were provided to them or were hosted in the Admitad system.
2. If the publisher designs ad creatives on their own, based on the source materials provided to them or hosted in the Admitad system, for further placement, the publisher undertakes to assign an identifier (token) and apply the "Advertisement" marking on such ad creatives, ensuring full compliance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On advertising" dated March 13, 2006, and other regulations, by concluding the relevant agreement with the advertising data operator.
