This Affiliate Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that apply to your participation as a member of the affiliate program (the "Affiliate Program") for www.wilsonsleather.com and the associated mobile website, if applicable (the "Merchant Website"), which is a website owned by AM Retail Group Inc.(dba Wilsons Leather Direct, Inc.)
